DEYE Worm gearbox is applicable for quarter-turn valves such as Ball valves, Butterfly valves, Plug valves. At present, we have three series of quarter turn worm gearbox, LT-Q, W & DW,
LT-Q & W Series are for manual valve operation, DW Series is for manual ride of electrically operated valves (MOV).
CUSTOMIZATION
- Water-proof grade: lP 68.
- Aluminum bronze worm gear.
- Stainless steel or special materials input shaft.
- Low-temp application: -29°C, -46°C,-60'C, etc.
- Shell material can be customized.
- Position of handwheel can be on left.
- Handwheel size can be customized.
LT-Q Series Gearbox -Torque Range
Type A: 400N.M-3500N.M. Type B: 4000N.M -15000N.M. Type C: 13500N.M.-30000N.M.
W series Gearbox -Torque Range
Type A: 13000N.M-4200N.M. Type B: 1500N.M -6500N.M. Type C: 900N.M.-30000N.M.
DW Series Gearbox -Torque Range
Type A: Elec. primary drive. Type B: elec. secondary drive Type C: electrical multi-stage drive
Bevel Gear for valves
Bevel gear for for multi-turn valves such as Gate valves, globe Valves and other linear stroke valves. At present, we have two series of multi-tum bevel| gearbox, BA & DBA series, BA series are for manual valve operation, DBA is for motorize of electrical operated valves (MOV].
