Performance:

The duplex stainless steel is a stainless steel in which the ferrite phase and the austenite phase each account for half of the solid quenched structure, and generally the minimum phase content should reach 30%. Duplex stainless steel is made of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel

Based on increasing Cr content or adding other ferrite elements, it not only has austenite plus ferrite bidirectional structure, but also saves Ni alloy. Due to the characteristics of the two-phase structure of duplex stainless-steel Point, through the correct control of chemical composition and heat treatment process, duplex stainless steel can combine the advantages of ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel. Duplex stainless steel reduces the brittleness of high Cr ferrite and the tendency of crystal growth due to the presence of austenite, while maintaining excellent toughness and welding performance; and the presence of ferrite improves the austenite yield Strength, ability to resist intergranular corrosion and resistance to ammonia stress corrosion.

Application:

widely used in Sea water, acid fluid, Bridge structure, subsea pressure pipeline, petroleum refining, chemical industry, papermaking, pharmaceutical, water conservancy, power, municipal s
