  1. The hot forging of the forged steel valve improves the recrystallization and grain refinement, thereby promoting the material to achieve the maximum possible strength and uniformity.

2  The grain surrounds the contour of the valve body to reduce metal fatigue.

  1. The forged valve body eliminates internal defects and unifies the metal structure to achieve the best performance.
  2. External pressure is the biggest problem for the impact between grains, but forging significantly reduces the occurrence of this problem, and significantly improves the life of forged steel valves.
