Working principle of pneumatic control valve
Pneumatic control valve is a pressure balance type for temperature ratio, pressure ratio and flow ratio.
It adopts single seat and sleeve type structure. Equipped with multi-spring pneumatic membrane actuator, the actuator is low in height, light in weight and easy to equip. The spool of the pneumatic control valve  adopts a cage sleeve spool, which the source pressure is transformed into the linear displacement of
the valve core, and the valve opening is automatically controlled to achieve continuous adjustment of the pressure of the fluid in the pipeline.

The valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy maintenance. Overall work level Stable, large allowable pressure difference, precise flow characteristics and low noise.
