Performance:          

 

(1) The fluid resistance is small, and the full-diameter ball valve basically has no flow resistance.

(2) Simple structure, small size and light weight.

(3) Closely. It has two sealing surfaces, and the sealing surface material of the ball valve currently uses plastic, which has good sealing performance and can achieve sealing. It has also been used in vacuum systems.

(4) Convenient operation, fast opening and closing, only need to rotate 90° from fully open to fully closed, which is convenient for remote control.

(5) Convenient maintenance, simple ball valve structure, seal ring is generally movable, disassembly and replacement are more convenient.

(6) When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause corrosion of the valve sealing surface.

(7) Widely applicable, the diameter is as small as a few millimeters, as large as a few meters, and can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.

(8) Since the ball valve is wiping during opening and closing, it can be used in media with suspended solid particles.
